Comfortable, quiet atmosphere for restful nights.

Unfortunately, the reception staff exhibited a lack of professionalism during my stay. There were issues with cleanliness in the corridors, and my room's amenities weren't adequately stocked, notably missing coffee supplies. It felt frustrating at times trying to communicate my concerns, as the staff seemed indifferent to the issues at hand.

i thought i was staying at a hotel, not a horror movie set. finding a mouse in my room was just the cherry on top of a moldy bathroom cake. oh, and how dare they not acknowledge my request for a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences? i almost wrote a positive review, but i just couldn't. unbelievable!

It was just a nice choice for a couple of nights in Hamburg with great value for money. The coffee machine in the room was a plus, even though you couldn't boil water. Be aware of noise if you're a light sleeper at night.

The staff was welcoming, offering helpful tips for my stay, and I particularly enjoyed the variety at breakfast (those pastries were delightful! ).

Some areas seemed a bit neglected, could benefit from a refresh.

Had a great time with my friends! We rented bikes right by the hotel and explored Stadtpark and took a trip to a local market. The staff was nice and the A/C worked well. Breakfast was decent, and the beds were comfy.

One downside was the noise from maintenance work starting early, which was a rude awakening. It could be an issue for those wanting extra sleep, so keep that in mind.

Convenient and comfy stay!

Our family room was spacious and had good A/C. We loved being near Stadtpark for some fun outdoor time! The breakfast was decent too. One drawback was the gym could really use a cleaning. Beds were comfy, but a tiny bit noisy at times from the hallway. Overall, a nice spot for our trip.
